**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP S/4 release and cutover efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technical architecture, experience with release management, and excellent project management skills.

This is a critical role that requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership abilities to ensure the stability and efficiency of our SAP S/4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage release schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare, validate, and deploy releases.
  • Oversee the deployment of SAP S/4HANA releases, ensuring changes are safely migrated into the production environment.
  • Support and maintain the SAP system landscape, including installation, maintenance, and housekeeping of SAP Solution Manager.
  • Monitor system performance and address issues promptly.
  • Implement and manage release management processes for SAP configuration and code through all production and project environments.
  • Ensure adherence to change management processes and continuous improvement practices.
  • Coordinate testing activities to validate release readiness, ensuring that all changes meet quality standards before deployment.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture, including landscape, environment, and transport orders.
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM), NON-SAP Release Management, Cutover tools, and STMS monitoring is desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in SAP release management or related roles, with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITIL processes.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues, recommend solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science, or a related field.
