Video Editor Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing videos for various projects, including mockups and day-to-day videos.

About Us

We are a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few.

We have expanded to new categories and introduced new product lines like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes etc. We have also launched footwear and kidswear recently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage multiple editing assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  2. Edit mockup and day-to-day videos. You must have a sense of fashion and viral trends and create videos accordingly.
  3. Work on different projects in video editing, text animation, and basic motion graphics.
  4. Making rough and final cuts, handling overall voice-over, sound effects and noise removal.
  5. Understand visual storyboard paper edit and color schemes, with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements

You should have:

  • Basic knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop(for Motion graphics related works)
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Flexible and organized, so that you're able to work on different types of projects.
Experience

We prefer candidates with 2-3 years of video editing experience in a related industry.

This role requires someone who can think creatively and strategically, has excellent time management skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
