Job Title: Visionary Video Producer

This esteemed organization is seeking an innovative, strategic, and organized Video Lead to spearhead video advertisements and performance-driven content across various platforms. This pivotal role not only entails producing impactful video ads but also involves leading a team, overseeing end-to-end video production, and collaborating with creators, influencers, and external partners to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine video concepts, scripts, and storyboards, create project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements.
  • Organize and manage the production process, including casting, location scouting, scheduling, and equipment procurement, ensuring all necessary permits and releases are obtained.
  • Hire, lead, and collaborate with a team of videographers, editors, sound engineers, and other production professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and direction to team members.
  • Oversight of video shoots, ensuring the creative vision is executed effectively, direct talent, capture high-quality footage, and manage on-set logistics.
  • Supervise the editing process, including video and audio editing, color correction, and visual effects, ensuring the final product aligns with the project's goals and vision.
  • Review and approve video drafts at various stages, providing feedback and revisions as necessary, ensuring that videos meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or feedback.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in video production and project management, with a focus on ads, digital marketing, or content marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of video production techniques, equipment, and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing ad content and branded storytelling.
  • Understanding of different video formats, including web, social media, and broadcast.
  • Familiarity with different distribution platforms and best practices for online video.
