We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team at TALCHEMIST in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh. This is a key role for someone who can handle a group of High Net Worth Clients and provide financial products to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for profiling customers, providing financial products, deepening relationships by cross-selling bank products and services according to customer needs, increasing liabilities size of the relationship via balances in accounts of existing customers, enhancing and retaining customer profitability by capturing a larger share of wallet, and ensuring portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have a postgraduate degree and at least 4 years of working experience in the related field. They should also be confident, aggressive, and have good knowledge of all banking products, including third-party products like mutual funds and insurance.

In terms of salary, we estimate that this role will offer a competitive package ranging from ₹12 lakhs to ₹20 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
