We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who have a strong grasp of financial principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

As a Senior Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end reconciliations for complex accounts within the Record-to-Report domain. You will review financial statements to ensure compliance with internal and external audit regulations, identify and investigate reconciliation discrepancies while maintaining robust quality controls, monitor and improve accounting processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions, and provide regular updates and insights on accounting matters to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end reconciliations for complex accounts
  • Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Identify and investigate reconciliation discrepancies
  • Monitor and improve accounting processes
  • Provide regular updates and insights on accounting matters
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and minimum 3 years of experience in R2R reconciliations or similar environments. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS GAAP standards. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms, sound analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
