We are looking for an ATR Accounts Expert to join our finance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end finance transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
About the PositionThis role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including finance IT and operations to implement efficient ATR Accounts to Reports practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to design process innovation solutions that meet business requirements.
Duties- Manage and drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex financial transactions and reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to design process innovation solutions accordingly.
Bachelor's degree in finance accounting or related field MBA or CA preferred. Proven experience in finance transformation roles with a focus on intercompany processes will be preferred.
