As a Human Capital Insights Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of HR analytics at Inspire Brands. Your expertise will help drive informed decision-making across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. With a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources, statistics, or business administration, you will be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and other stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide customized insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HR analytics trends, tools, and technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
  • Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data techniques and tools.
  • E nsure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all HR analytics processes and systems.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS systems, employee surveys, performance reviews, and other relevant data sets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for HR initiatives and strategies.
