Job Title: Java Backend Developer

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale applications using Java technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality Java-based applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the overall quality of the codebase
  • Work closely with QA engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend suitable solutions to enhance the company's products and services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Java programming language
  • Familiarity with Spring framework, Hibernate, and JMS
  • Experience with database design, implementation, and optimization (SQL, JDBC)
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
