About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team at Pan Asia HR Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle management process, from contract negotiation and signing to contract administration and renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement contract lifecycle management processes that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Manage and track contracts across various stages of the lifecycle, including drafting, review, approval, and execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract administration and delivery of contractual obligations
  • Analyze and interpret complex legal documents, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide expert guidance on contract research, analysis, and negotiation to support business growth and expansion
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on contract performance, ensuring timely identification of issues and resolution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or a related field
  • At least 6-12 months of experience in practicing law (preference given to those with corporate law background)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in contract analysis and management, preferably in IT contracts
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to grasp complex details and identify key points
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
