Job Title: CPU Architecture and Logic Design Lead

Key members of our team are responsible for the design and development of high-performance systems. We require a skilled individual with experience in designing different interconnect topologies as driven by bandwidth, latency, and RAS requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design architect different interconnect topologies
  • Develop features, present proposed architecture
  • Develop micro-architecture, design RTL, collaborate with other teams
  • Sign off pre-silicon design that meets all goals
  • Participate in silicon bring-up and validation of hardware
Required Expertise:
  • At least 1 generation processor interconnect design delivery leadership
  • Expertise SMP coherency
  • Experience different on-chip interconnect topologies
  • Understanding snoop and data network protocols
  • Understanding latency & bandwidth requirements and effective implementation
  • Working knowledge queuing theory
  • numa/nuca architecture
  • Proficient HDLs - VHDL / Verilog
  • Experience high-speed and power-efficient logic design
  • Experience working verification, validation, physical design teams
  • Good understanding Physical Design and collaboration with physical design team
  • Experience leading uarch, RTL design teams

Master's Degree and 8+ years relevant experience required.
