Chess Instructor

We are looking for a Chess Coach to join our team.

As a Chess Coach, you will be responsible for teaching children from 6 to 16 years old online. You will need to have strong subject knowledge and experience in teaching chess.

The ideal candidate will have a humble nature with empathetic values to connect with younger children. They should also be able to conduct creative activities and develop interactive classrooms.

The successful candidate will ensure that students enjoy the course, engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals, evaluate student performance, and make recommendations for improvement.

Other key responsibilities include conducting demo sessions with students, converting them into customers, and providing a fun and creative environment.

The qualifications required for this role include strong subject knowledge, experience in teaching chess, and relevant working experience. Good English and Hindi communication skills are essential, as is the ability to teach children.

A laptop and good internet connection are also required for this role. The salary structure for this position includes payment on a per-session basis, with increases based on the number of sessions completed.

There is also a minimum pay guarantee in place, which varies depending on the number of hours worked.
