Business Analyst Role

Join Espire Infolabs as a Business Analyst and contribute to the company's growth by driving business success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Espire's business and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Group CEO and CXOs to obtain management reports and analyze them in line with the agreed business plan.
  • Support business leaders in performing forward-looking ad-hoc analysis, such as strategy evaluation and required actions to bridge any gaps.
  • Analyze operating results against budget and target, ensuring ongoing governance and identifying continuous improvements.
  • Provide inputs and value add to bring in better efficiencies in business and support the successful implementation of improvements.
Requirements
  • Strong domain knowledge in one of the industry verticals: IT, Hospitality, or Education.
  • Experience working in a reputed consulting firm.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with CXO levels.
