Job Title

A Business Analyst is a professional who applies business acumen and technical skills to drive informed decision making. They bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams by understanding business requirements and communicating them effectively.

  • Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough impact analysis to identify potential ripple effects of new features on research workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders across business and tech to gather, clarify, and groom product requirements.
Key Responsibilities

The Business Analyst role involves driving structured sprint planning, grooming, and backlog refinement to maintain team velocity. This includes testing and validation of platform features through demos and walkthroughs.

  • Sprint Planning: Coordinate post-release evaluations and recommend iterations based on KPIs and user feedback.
  • Collaboration: Act as a core liaison between engineering, business, and client-facing teams and document product decisions, sprint outcomes, and platform metrics for stakeholder updates.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's in Business Administration preferred. 3+ years of experience in business analysis within SaaS, digital platforms, or research tech environments.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, analytics dashboards, and mockup tools.
  • Soft Skills: Strong grasp of Agile delivery, KPI frameworks, and stakeholder management. Exceptional documentation, process mapping, and cross-functional communication skills.
Preferred Experience

Exposure to digital research platforms, panel recruitment, survey distribution, or global consumer insights systems. Experience working with data teams on audience segmentation and predictive analytics. Proven success in launching features that drive engagement, retention, and operational scale across digital platforms.
