Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our project management and software development initiatives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tackle team challenges by assigning tasks and ensuring they are completed on time.
  • Develop and maintain real-time trading applications using C++ and C# programming languages.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, such as market data feeds and FIX protocol, with internal systems to enhance functionality.
  • Optimize and refactor codebases to achieve low-latency and high-throughput performance.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure platform stability and security.
  • Monitor and support production trading systems, including troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and development.
  • Maintain code adherence to security, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong team management experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in C++, C#, and relevant technologies.
  • Experience with third-party API integration, including market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • Knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
