Job Title: Senior Legal Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Associate to join our team.

As a Senior Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory services to our clients and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before various courts and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead litigation and dispute resolution proceedings, minimizing legal risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advisory services on matters related to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, including resolution processes and asset recovery mechanisms.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis of laws and regulations, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, FEMA, IRDAI guidelines, and other regulatory statutes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external counsel to address regulatory issues, compliance matters, and legal investigations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
  • 3-5 Years (PQE)
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach
