Job Title: Process Associate Expert

As a highly skilled Process Associate, you will play a key role in driving our financial processes forward. Your primary responsibility will be to issue Debit Notes from Corporate to all intercompany entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Additionally, you will be responsible for accounting of all Debit notes/Credit notes received from Corporate and other intercompany entities after thorough review and implementation of set processes.

Another crucial aspect of your role will be Inter company account reconciliation and balance confirmation to all other intercompany entities as part of the month-end process.

Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic accounting standards and accounting rules.
  • Proficiency in ERP i.e. Navision- Microsoft Dynamics, D-365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Issuance of Debit Notes from Corporate to all intercompany entities.
  • Accounting of all Debit notes/Credit notes received from Corporate and other intercompany entities.
  • Inter company account reconciliation and balance confirmation to all other intercompany entities.
  • Vendor Card Creation and Update details as and when required as per process.
  • Coordination with GL Coordinator of respective entity for any clarification.
  • Coordination and follow-up with Approver to get approval before posting any GL entry.
  • Reconciliation of GL Balance vs. Sub-Ledger.
  • Preparation of MIS Report, Revenue Flash Report, and Monthly Report.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and ensure completeness of financial records.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify and investigate any discrepancies or anomalies.
