Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to contribute to the development and implementation of digital customer service experiences.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposing design and architecture solutions, investigating and proposing technologies, creating reusable frameworks, and driving standardization where possible.

You will work closely with the team lead to manage delivery of other team members and assign their work as needed. All engineers within the team will be required to develop and implement high-quality code aimed at achieving desired business outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in end-to-end product life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
  • Design and develop solutions, configuration, and development in accordance with requirements and feature definitions, and in line with overall architecture direction of DSM programme.
  • Lead engineering activities to ensure consistent high-quality products are developed.
  • Design application using frameworks and components to meet requirements and clearly document design.
  • Supports in developing solution architectures for business domain area or project which align with bank-wide data architecture.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Must be expert engineer with passion for good architecture and design.
  • Must be hands-on in designing, developing, and implementing wide array of products.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively with concise written artefacts.
  • Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
  • Possession of technical skills such as Java programming, Springboot, Microservices, React, and NodeJS.
