This position is responsible for providing technical leadership for the successful installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments, and assisting implementation partners in that process.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Installation, integration, and deployment of the IdentityIQ product in client environments.
  • Technical communication with clients and partners regarding the product and implementation.
  • Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Post-implementation support, user testing, debugging, and maintenance.
  • Project management, including scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
  • Developing and delivering technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.

Requirements:



  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in enterprise software or systems integration.
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation.
  • Programming languages: Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  • Web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
  • Experience with setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms.
  • Databases: Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL.
  • Directories: LDAP, AD.
  • Enterprise systems: SAP, PeopleSoft.
  • Identity management provisioning systems: Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell.
  • RBAC experience.
  • Excellent communication and client/partner experience.
  • Project management duties.
  • QA experience.
  • Security software or internal IT audit experience.
  • Startup company experience.

Education:


Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. J2EE certification is a plus. CISSP certification is a plus.


Travel:


This position requires approximately 35% travel.
