Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst - IGA

 

The primary role of the Senior Technical Analyst will be to oversee the onboarding process of various applications, ensuring a seamless integration experience. This will involve close collaboration with application owners to understand their systems and explain the integration process, its purpose, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with application owners to comprehend their system requirements and provide guidance on the integration process.
  • Collect relevant information regarding the entire IAM process within each application.
  • Coordinate, test, and validate any custom development required by the app team for successful integration.
  • Work closely with internal engineers to design and implement integrations that adhere to governance best practices and meet application requirements.
  • Assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.
  • Manage multiple application teams simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience working as part of IGA development teams in engineering or analyst roles.
  • Up-to-date Identity Mapping skills, including configured Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflows for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Proficiency in administering, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • Knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) analysis and implementation.
  • Ability to launch certification campaigns and monitor remediation progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Proficient in creating custom reports for both specific and general purposes.
  • Expertise in developing rules like Build Map, Correlation, Identity Creation, Default password assignment.
  • Experience working on Life Cycle Management features such as Joiner Event, Leaver event, and Manager Transfer event.
  • Success in onboarding various applications into the IGA system, including JDBC applications, Delimited File applications, Logical applications, Active Directory, and LDAP applications.
