Capital Raiser

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our fund raising efforts in India. As the head of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects across various asset classes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive fund raising plans to meet business objectives and drive growth.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and identify new opportunities to expand our network.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform fund raising decisions and ensure they align with our business strategy.
• Create persuasive proposals and presentations to secure investor support and demonstrate the value of our real estate investment projects.
• Cultivate a strong network of contacts within the industry and leverage these relationships to further our goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achieve our objectives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of ethics and integrity.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on fund raising progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate fund management or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles, including financial analysis and modelling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Masters degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, with a focus on real estate finance and investment.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
