Data Annotation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Annotation Specialist to join our team. As a Data Annotation Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately annotating and labeling data according to project guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Annotate and label data (text, image, video, or audio) according to project guidelines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and validate existing annotations for consistency and quality.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to understand annotation requirements and feedback.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across annotation tasks.
- Meet productivity and quality goals.
- Report issues and suggest improvements in annotation tools and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and use of annotation tools or platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Good communication and comprehension skills, especially in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience working on data annotation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
