Lead Internal Auditor

We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on our organization's internal audit function.

**Job Description**
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading risk-based internal audits across various operational, financial, and compliance areas. They will also be responsible for strengthening governance by documenting current controls, designing and implementing new ones, and establishing monitoring procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Plan and deliver risk-based internal audits
  • Design and test controls (SOX-like where relevant)
  • Issue clear, prioritized reports with action plans


**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • CA with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms doing hands-on internal audit and leadership
  • Risk assessment, control testing, report writing; excellent client communication and negotiation skills
