About This Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Content Strategist & Creative Director to develop and oversee our content strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Hone and enhance the brand voice and identity, ensuring all creative output adheres to established brand guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive company objectives.
  • Maintain ownership of problem statements, working closely with the team to achieve maximum results.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative content, using data-driven insights to refine and improve content strategies and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in marketing or content production.
  • Education and/or background in Architecture and/or Interior Design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to adapt to uncertainty and problem-solve for aspects that may not be familiar.
  • Firm focus on targets and deadlines, with a strong ability to collaborate with others to accomplish team goals.
