About the Role:

  • Collaborate with fellow writers to develop standout concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects from start to finish
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product data and claims
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining productivity
  • Estimate creative hours and ensure efficient workflow
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with market research as needed
  • Contribute to strategic branding efforts in collaboration with the planning team
  • Maximize the productivity of the creative team through effective workload management
  • Provide constructive feedback during annual performance reviews and ongoing performance evaluations
  • Lead the creative team in developing concepts and executing projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' products and marketing challenges, and provide responsive support to their strategic and creative needs
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required
  • Align with the agency's positioning, philosophy, and processes

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in an agency setting
  • A proven track record of creative ability, successful client contact experience, and excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with account management, successfully manage creative writers, and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality work
