Telecom Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Telecom Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing telecommunication systems to drive business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom operations, with expertise in cloud-based contact center solutions like NICE inContact, Genesis, or Amazon Connect. They will work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer interactions and streamline operations.
  • Establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
  • Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure and manage infrastructure-related products and services.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery plans and conduct testing to detect faults.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years' overall experience in telecom operations.
  • Good understanding of Contact Center domain experience.
  • Project/implementation experience is a must.
  • Good experience in team management.
