Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product transitions from ID to AHPL Baddi.
- Scale up and down for new and existing products to optimize RMG and Blender occupancy.
- Develop Master Manufacturing Documents (MMDs) for new and existing products.
- Review engineering process validation sampling plans.
- Provide technical input for product improvement, formulation changes, and shelf life adjustments through QMS.
- Handle reprocessing and reworking of existing formulations.
- Support failure investigations and exceptions as applicable.
- Document trial batch manufacturing processes in production facilities.
- Approve new and old materials, API excipients, and technical documents.
- Externalize and internalize products between AHPL Baddi and LL TP.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
- Offer analytical and formulation support, troubleshooting for existing products.
- Identify and execute competitive projects.
- Compile proposals and technical write-ups.
In absence of the position holder, subordinate Executive Manager or authorized designee will be responsible for day-to-day operations.
