Job Title: Automation Test Lead

This role is focused on developing and implementing automation test strategies to drive efficiency in our software development process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing automated tests, as well as mentoring junior team members.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks for web-based software and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Provide technical guidance on SQL skills and data validation best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process analysis and optimization.
  • Promote sustainable Agile methodologies within the QA team.
  • Lead communication efforts across the organization to ensure seamless collaboration.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Defect Management, Bug lifecycle management, Performance evaluation, and strong analytical capabilities. Effective problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
