About the Role

We are seeking an experienced automation professional to join our team as a Process Automation Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using RPA tools such as UiPath.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in process automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business stakeholders. You will also possess a deep understanding of RPA technologies and their applications in business process automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain efficient and reusable workflows using RPA tools
  • Ensure high-quality and stable workflow performance
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Work collaboratively with business process owners and other automation team members
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance RPA processes and reduce manual interventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience in automation (at least 3 years)
  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and their applications
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
