We are looking for a seasoned tester with expertise in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gather requirements and define test strategies
  2. Create, review, and execute test cases efficiently
  3. Evaluate product changes against specifications or customer expectations
  4. Communicate and track defects or differences in function between the program and the spec or customer expectation
  5. Provide timely feedback regarding quality results to stakeholders
  6. Develop automated tests, execute, and review automation results
  7. Suggest quality improvements in the development cycle
  8. Mentor QA testers
  9. Be the subject matter expert for assigned products or projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Four years' experience in IT QA
  • Solid proficiency with testing tools: Azure DevOps
  • SQL expertise
  • Solid proficiency with automation tools and architecture (Tosca)
  • Data integrity testing using SQL
  • Solid proficiency with Web services testing
  • Managed test case coverage for a product or project
  • Testing proficiency in multiple SDLCs (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience directing and mentoring others in QA teams
  • Understanding of major testing types including system/integration, regression, and default/error testing
