Leadership Opportunity in Life Sciences

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead advanced analytics projects and establish a capability center in India.

About the Role

This role involves working closely with onsite stakeholders to transition complex analytics projects from the US to India. The ideal candidate will have expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML, specializing in pharma commercial analytics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic data analytics initiatives to address business challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders, understanding requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear business strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharma Commercial Analytics.
  • Patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.
  • Brand performance analytics and reporting.
  • Marketing analytics (desired).
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Oncology, Rare Diseases, or Specialty Brands (experience in at least one required).
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA or Symphony data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL (Python preferred).
  • Qualitative Attributes: Self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills.
