We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to lead the development of scalable and efficient backend systems at Discoveries Quintessential. Located in Bangalore, this role offers a competitive salary package of up to ₹30 LPA, including ESOPs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and architecting robust backend systems that handle large volumes of data and traffic. This includes owning projects from ideation to deployment while mentoring junior engineers and promoting best practices within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of databases (MySQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).">
  • Hands-on experience with asynchronous, RESTful systems, and managing concurrency.">
  • Strong command over software development best practices, from coding standards to deployment.">
