Digital Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Quality Excellence initiatives as an Assistant Vice President, Training, Quality & Policy Leader. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of quality assurance within our organization.
About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive quality excellence across our operations. This includes:
- Developing and executing training initiatives to enhance the skills of our operating teams.
- Providing strategic direction on quality matters, collaborating with process partners to define quality requirements, and leading efforts to achieve them.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including customer CxO's, process owners, and Genpact leaders.
- Ensuring the development of our team members and grooming future leaders who can take on larger roles.
- Driving process improvement and planning for process performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading TQP functions for large teams (500+ people).
- Expertise in complex data analysis and interpretations of L1/L2/L3 data deep dives.
- Prior exposure to senior client management, vendor managers, CXOs, and end-customer support and trust and safety operations.
- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and storytelling around performance trends and qualitative insights.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills to partner effectively with key partners and leaders internally and externally.
At Genpact, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
