Job Description:

Our team seeks an experienced software developer to contribute to the creation of innovative ed-tech solutions for education. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in React.js and Next.js, as well as experience in designing user-centric features and optimizing components for maximum performance.

The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education by developing scalable, modular front-end code that meets the needs of diverse web-capable devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new user-facing features using React.js and Next.js
  • Designing technical architecture and ensuring the reliability of front-end applications
  • Creating reusable components and libraries for future use
  • Transforming designs and wireframes into high-quality code
  • Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We seek a talented individual with the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in developing front-end web applications
  • Expertise in the latest front-end technologies, including React, Redux, and other JS libraries
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
  • In-depth knowledge of Progressive Web Apps
  • Experience in developing large-scale, client-facing web applications in React JS
  • Experience with CSS pre- and post-processors
  • Strong skills in react-hooks and redux-saga
  • Experience with web services (consuming or creating) with REST, Web Sockets or GraphQL
  • Experience and strong understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum), Software design/architecture process, CI/CD processes, unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Strong knowledge of SOA, object-oriented programming, design patterns, multi-threaded application development
  • Git or similar distributed SCM tools experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and object-oriented design skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
