Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLMs to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Utilize recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to enhance customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Drive Advanced Analytics for Business Growth by leading analytics initiatives that propel revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement through actionable insights.
  • Build and inspire a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact business KPIs.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.


Requirements

  • Minimum 18+ years of technology leadership experience, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution; MBA or executive education preferred.
