Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Analytics Delivery Expert to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge AI/ML projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems, as well as expertise in Python, SQL, cloud platforms, and visualization tools.

As a domain expert, you will advise clients on data-driven strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and transformation roadmaps.

You will also be responsible for driving innovation in real-time analytics, newsroom intelligence, and digital content performance, and supporting pre-sales and proposal development for media analytics engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Media Technology, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in analytics delivery, with proven work in news publishing, media, and digital content ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of newsroom operations, CMS platforms, audience development, and digital monetization models.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with Gen AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face) and LLM-based applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
