**Job Title:** Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager

Company: Ment Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 & Blockchain Technical Project Manager to join our team in Indore, India. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering blockchain and Web3 projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications, timelines, and budget constraints. This position requires a deep understanding of blockchain technology, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Project Management:

* Plan, execute, and oversee Web3 and blockchain projects from initiation to completion.

* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

* Allocate internal and external resources effectively to ensure project success.

* Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and report on project status to stakeholders.

2. Technical Expertise:

* Possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of blockchain solutions.

* Evaluate and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms, tools, and technologies for specific projects.

* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams as needed.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project teams.

* Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all relevant parties.

* Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Quality Assurance:

* Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

* Perform regular testing and quality checks to identify and address any technical issues.

* Implement best practices for secure and efficient blockchain development.

5. Risk Management:

* Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

* Proactively manage and resolve issues to minimize project disruptions.

**Qualifications:*

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on blockchain and Web3 technologies.

* Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, such as smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).

* Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

* Familiarity with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polkadot is highly desirable.
