Job Description

We're seeking a visionary backend architect to help us build the infrastructure that powers autonomous AI agents. This role sits at the intersection of AI Agents, distributed systems, and enterprise software, offering a unique opportunity to shape how future AI employees will operate in the digital workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement the core infrastructure that enables AI agents to function autonomously
  • Design and build complex backend systems that allow AI agents to interact with various enterprise tools and databases
  • Develop sophisticated APIs that facilitate AI agent communication and task execution
  • Create scalable systems for managing multiple AI agents operating simultaneously
  • Implement security and governance frameworks for AI agent operations
  • Deploy and optimize cloud infrastructure to support distributed AI agent networks
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong proficiency in Python and Django, extensive experience with PostgreSQL, expert-level API design and implementation, advanced SQL and database optimization skills.

Infrastructure & Tools:

Docker and containerisation expertise, Redis for distributed systems and caching, AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), experience with micro-services architecture.

AI/ML Technologies:

Understanding of agent-based AI systems, experience with NLP libraries (NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers), knowledge of LLM orchestration and optimization, familiarity with AI agent coordination patterns.

Estimated Salary:

Rupees 1200000 per annum in Bangalore.
