Job Role: Big Data Engineer

A dynamic and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Big Data Engineer to join our organization.

This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems using big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data engineering, with experience in working with various data processing frameworks, including MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and Flume.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop large-scale data processing systems using big data technologies
  • Maintain and optimize existing data processing systems for performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in big data engineering
  • Strong background in big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Experience with data processing frameworks, including MapReduce, Hive, Pig, and Flume
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
