Trade Compliance Expert - SAP GTS Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Trade Compliance Expert to join our team and play a key role in supporting and upgrading SAP GTS 4 HANA. This role combines hands-on expertise in trade compliance with strong problem-solving and communication skills, working across global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the upgrade to SAP GTS 4 HANA and ensure a smooth transition of trade processes.

  • Provide ongoing support for live sites post-upgrade, resolving trade-related incidents and conducting root cause analysis.

  • Collaborate in workshops to prepare for the upgrade and address post-upgrade trade needs.

  • Support end-to-end testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and validation of trade procedures.

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including roles, reports, and training materials related to trade compliance.

  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Team Leads, and business stakeholders on trade-related matters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Trade Compliance Expert (experience with SAP GTS 4 HANA highly valued).

  • Strong understanding of trade regulations, incident management, troubleshooting, and testing processes.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and communicate trade-related information effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, particularly in trade compliance.

  • Fluency in English.
