Drive Business Growth as an E-commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of e-commerce operations, including order fulfillment, customer service, inventory management, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order-to-cash process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies to improve e-commerce operations, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze KPIs, such as order volume, shipping times, and customer satisfaction rates, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead a Team: Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, including customer service representatives, warehouse staff, and shipping personnel.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless product sourcing and delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant e-commerce regulations, laws, and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of e-commerce operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with e-commerce platforms like Zoho or similar platforms.
