Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled quality assurance professional to ensure the high quality of our software products.

The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient, analytically driven individual with a strong passion for quality and product ownership. You will be responsible for critically analyzing requirements, documenting testing procedures, mentoring junior team members, and driving best practices within the quality assurance process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Critically analyze project requirements, identify gaps, and ensure findings are tracked and resolved.
  2. Document and enforce testing standards. Write detailed test cases to ensure optimal coverage and prepare traceability matrices.
  3. Methodically document steps to reproduce problems and effectively communicate defects to developers while maintaining positive relationships. You will also review test deliverables from other team members.
  4. Mentor and guide junior QA professionals on effective test design principles and help them create more cohesive work.
  5. Drive best practices within the team and leverage your knowledge to promote quality. You will also call out issues immediately and propose solutions to the Product Owner and the team.
  6. Track and report on testing activities, including results, coverage, and defect status.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience in the software testing lifecycle, working as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the graphics arts industry is a must.
  • Strong analytical abilities and self-initiative to learn new testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Test management tools and writing and executing SQL Queries is a plus. Test automation knowledge is also desirable.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a global team.
  • Proven ability to mentor junior QA professionals.
