Offline Marketing Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Offline Marketing Expert to spearhead our marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving student admissions. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the performance of offline initiatives such as open houses, orientations, and community events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop an Annual Marketing Plan: Create a comprehensive annual offline marketing plan aligned with admission targets and brand positioning.
  • Identify Key Channels: Identify key offline channels, locations, and event formats to maximize reach within target demographics.
  • Activation Calendars: Develop quarterly and monthly activation calendars, timelines, and budgets.
Event Management & Execution
  • Lead Event Planning: Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events such as:
  • Open Houses: Open houses and school orientations
  • RWA Activations: RWA activations and community outreach programs
  • Interschool Competitions: Interschool competitions, workshops, and fairs
  • Kiosks & Roadshows: Kiosks, roadshows, and external education events
  • Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams and event stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Admissions Team: Work closely with admissions team to ensure footfall translates into inquiries and conversions.
  • Creative Team: Collaborate with creative/content teams to produce effective offline marketing collaterals.
  • Digital Marketing Team: Align with digital marketing team to synchronize offline efforts with online campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track Performance: Track ROI on events and offline channels, measuring metrics such as Footfall, lead generation, conversion rates, and brand visibility.
  • Provide Insights: Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in offline marketing, preferably in education, events, or community engagement.
  • Qualifications: Proven track record of developing and executing offline campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning tools.
