Job Title: Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Admin Looks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Key Tasks
  • Welcoming clients and determining their beverage preferences
  • Planning and implementing beverage menus
  • Informing clients about our brand portfolio and answering related inquiries
  • Briefing clients on product knowledge
  • Assisting the PR, marketing, and sales teams with brand building
  • Assisting in garnishing and mixing glasses, and serving beverages to the bar staff
  • Planning for company events, tasting sessions, and programs
  • Inventory management for stock left over
  • Adhering to food safety and quality regulations
  • Maintaining a clean work and bar area
  • Developing new cocktail recipes
Requirements
  • Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent required
  • Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Eye for detail and understanding of drink-mixing tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names, and garnishments
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs
