Study design is a pivotal aspect of research and development in various fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the study design process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are properly planned, executed, and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate completion of design documents for lab services
  • Ensure customer requirements are documented appropriately
  • Enforce standards for project execution
  • Assist in developing Project Specifications Document and Lab Manual
  • Review and update documentation associated with projects

As a Study Design Lead, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure high-quality study design.

Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in life science or related field (e.g., engineering). Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications are also required. Additionally, strong understanding of technical writing and data analysis is essential. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
