About the Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Executive to spearhead our fundraising initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships and driving growth in corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, grants, institutional donors, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Key Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Donor Engagement & Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional donors, corporates, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), to secure critical funding for our education programs.
  • Dynamic Team Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and implement impactful fundraising campaigns, leveraging digital platforms and analytics to optimize results.
  • Network Expansion & Partnership Development: Establish and maintain robust networks with influential stakeholders, identifying new partnership opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Social Work, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of ten years of fundraising experience; prior managerial experience is an advantage.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
