Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

We are a pioneering force in industrial thermal engineering, specializing in custom-designed industrial furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, and industrial ovens.

  • Design electrical schematics, power/control panels, and instrumentation layouts for optimal efficiency and safety.
  • Select and specify sensors, actuators, control valves, temperature/pressure transmitters, and flow meters to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop PLC/SCADA logic for control systems (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley) to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Oversee wiring, panel testing, loop checking, and site commissioning to guarantee successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with mechanical, design, and purchase teams for integrated system delivery, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation issues at the shop or site, applying analytical skills and problem-solving expertise.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation: BOMs, wiring diagrams, FAT/SAT protocols, O&M manuals, to ensure transparent and efficient knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure adherence to stringent safety standards and electrical codes, safeguarding personnel and assets.

The ideal candidate boasts a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering, 3–7 years of relevant experience in industrial projects, hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, VFDs, MCCs, LT Panels, relay logics, Sensors and instrumentation, Working knowledge of AutoCAD, EPlan (preferred), and Excel, Understanding of industrial safety practices and CE/IEC/IS compliance, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
