Lead Software Developer

As a Lead Software Developer, you will oversee the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expected to be an SME (Subject Matter Expert) with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate and manage teams to perform effectively, driving decision-making processes and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions that align with business goals.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate mentoring and coaching to enhance overall performance.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Technical Skills:
  • Must-have skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management, including experience with system integration and configuration management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management required.
  • A strong educational background is necessary, ideally with a degree in a relevant field.
