Job Title: Visual Designer.

Description :

  1. To thrive in this role, you'll apply design thinking principles to analyze problems and create user-centric solutions.
  2. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to communicate ideas effectively.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements.
  4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.
  5. Create visually engaging designs that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  6. Translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and engaging visual solutions.
  7. Maintain a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to deliver aesthetically pleasing outputs.
  8. Work on end-to-end design processes from concept ideation to final delivery.
  9. Continuously explore creative ideas and stay updated with industry design trends and best practices.
  10. Evaluate the feasibility of designs for development and optimize them for different devices and platforms.
  11. Understand the business impact of design decisions and contribute to marketing, sales, and growth strategies.

Requirements :

  • At least 3 years of experience in visual design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design from a premium design school.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking, problem-solving through design, visual design expertise, visualization skills, prototyping & wireframing, user research & empathy, collaboration, and agile approach.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
