At the forefront of insurance modernization, we are seeking a skilled Senior Guidewire Integration Developer to drive the development, modernization, and cloud transformation of critical system interfaces.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in Guidewire Integration Gateway (IGW) and a deep understanding of best practices in performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying integration services using Guidewire IGW for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter cloud applications
  • Leading the modernization of legacy GOSU-based integrations to microservices-based, containerized, and cloud-compliant interfaces
  • Developing secure, scalable APIs using IGW, REST, JSON, GraphQL, and other standard protocols aligned with GWCP's integration patterns
  • Collaborating with product architects, cloud engineers, and delivery leads to define interface strategy aligned with business requirements and cloud adoption goals
  • Ensuring integrations meet Guidewire Cloud Assurance guidelines for observability, logging, performance, and security
  • Working with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines for interface services using tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins
  • Utilizing Kafka or similar messaging systems for building event-driven interfaces and real-time data exchange
  • Guiding and mentoring mid-level developers in IGW, best practices, and migration standards
  • Performing code reviews, ensuring adherence to standards, and contributing to technical governance processes
