CoinFantasy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Developer/Architect to lead our blockchain solutions team. This role will require the successful candidate to design, develop and implement cutting-edge blockchain technology.

About the Role
  • Design and Development: Develop innovative blockchain solutions including smart contracts, dApps, tokenization systems and protocol upgrades.
  • Smart Contract Security: Write and audit secure smart contracts in Solidity, Rust or GoLang for tokens (ERC-20, ERC-721), DeFi protocols and governance systems.
  • Tokenomics Research: Conduct research on tokenomics models including supply mechanics, vesting and utility design.
  • Multichain Contracts: Build and optimize multi-chain contracts with cross-chain interoperability.
  • Contract Optimization: Ensure contract security and gas efficiency adhering to industry standards (EIPs, BPF) and mitigating vulnerabilities.
  • API and Microservices: Develop supporting APIs and microservices for blockchain interaction.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Implement event-driven architectures for real-time on-chain data processing and optimize database schemas for blockchain data indexing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business and software developers in designing innovative blockchain solutions.
  • Research and Documentation: Research, create and document existing and new blockchain structures and proposed solutions.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze company needs, resources and problems providing necessary solutions.
  • Open-Source Contribution: Work with open-source projects and codebases.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency trends.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in software development and blockchain solutions.
  • Skills: Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools, strong programming skills, knowledge of solidity, Rust or GoLang and Node.js, proficiency in algorithms and data structures.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of Java and C++, understanding other programming languages like Python, JavaScript.
  • Back-end Skills: Strong back-end skills.
  • Cryptography: Basic knowledge of cryptography.
  • Tech Tools: Familiarity with microservice architectures and Docker containers.
